    1:1 personal training is a great way to work on stability, strength and power; while also relating the work to your lifestyle and how you function on the day-to-day.

    Immersion PNW is dedicated to compiling unique and personalized sessions to align with your needs, goals and limitations.

    Partner and group training sessions also offered.

  • Exercise Programming

    Specific exercises selected for you to reach your goals and limit your ailments. We will meet for a 30-minute, in-person or virtual visit to determine needs and following, you will receive 5-days of appropriate exercises pertaining to your lifestyle. These will be completed for 30-days with appropriate progressions and each month you decide to continue, we will check-in about goals, progression and lifestyle. Following each check-in, a new set of exercise programming will be implemented upon purchase.

  • 1:1 Clinician Assisted Stretching

    A service where every BODY can benefit. One-on-one assisted stretching is a great way to increase flexibility, mobility, and neuromuscular connection which can limit injury occurrence. Learn how to connect breath with assisted movement by gently contracting and relaxing your muscles to gain stability and flexibility throughout your body.

    Shantyel is certified in 1:1 Assisted Stretching and has the experience to extend you in a safe and controlled manner.
