Exercise Programming

Exercise programming is a great option for someone who would benefit from a structured exercise plan but already has the motivation to follow through with exercises designed uniquely to you.

Design: We will meet once a month to progress the programming and check in on goals, mechanics, and address questions. This is an additional cost of a one-on-one, 50-min personal training session, which can be completed in person or on Zoom. This visit includes ongoing goal setting and benchmarks, mechanic checks and progressing your exercise program to the next phase or by adapting variables to achieve desired results, and consultation of any questions.

Exercise programming: Complete the exercise plan designed specifically for you on a month-to-month basis. We will schedule monthly to evolve goals and progress exercises in a proper, periodization format. Month-to-month service, no commitment required.

Exercise Programming Cost:

$125.00 every 30-days
